i live in texas officially, i guess? is this official?

I now have a real Texas Driver License instead of the sketchy sheet of paper that acted as my 'temporary' license. When I applied a while ago, the woman at the place looked at the form I had filled out and said, "You want a motorcycle class too?" and I said, "Yes?" and she laughed at me.
